The staff was helpful with a language barrier and the room was comfortable and clean. The location is convenient for city center access. The quick replacement of a broken lamp was impressive. The breakfast was satisfying and the hot shower was a nice touch. Great for an overnight stay near the airport.

This place is located in an average area of the city, but it offers a great service and amazing facilities. The staff, from the shuttle driver to the receptionists, were very friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the dining room was decorated with different species of birds. The room was equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. The hotel also has a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is clean and the hot showers are lovely. It is conveniently located near everything you need in Guarulhos, and an Uber ride from the airport is only about 25 reales. The hotel also offers a shuttle service every 30 minutes to and from the airport, making it convenient for travelers.
